.t I-We have reviewed the proposed MOU with the State of Ohio and support its implementation.
We have no coments to add on the wording.

Of-primary interest to our division is the possibility that Ohio would negotiate a subagreement-under the M0V that would involve inspections performed by the State for low-level radioactive waste (LLW) packages and transportation; and the decomicsioning of nuclear facilities. We would appreciate an opportunity to continue to participate in the review of proposed subagreements for LLW and transportation.
As for decomissioning, no State has
- come forward yet with a proposed subagreement on that subject.
If Ohio does, we would. like to participate in the developn:ent of that decomissioning -
subagreement.
