BVPS Physical Security Plan (PSP) l Gentlemen:
Enclosed is Revision 9
to Issue 4 of the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP).
Revision 9 changes are limited l
only to the revised format for the figure showing Temporary Construction
- Trailers, Fabrication Shops, and equipment now that the refueling outages have been completed.
These changes have been reviewed and judged not to constitute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These
- changes, since they do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, ar e being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The - enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provision of 10 CFR-2.790(d), and Safeguards Information under the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21, and thereby exempt from public disclosure.
