Dear Mr. Rooney:
This is in reference to a letter to you dated January 19, 1990, from C. N. (Mike) Smith of this office regarding export license XSNM02501.
Attached is a revised application for this license for the export of low-enriched uranium for use as fuel in the DR 3 reactor in Roskilde, Denmark.
Please note that the Metallurgi Department of the Riso National Laboratory is named as ' intermediate consignee" for ' Fabrication of the uranium into fuel elements," and that this Department has a separate Reporting Identification Symbol (RIS code) from that of the reactor. The RIS code for the reactor is RENL.
The RIS code for the fabrication facility is RENP.
