Dear Judge Bloch:
The Staff has reviewed the December 22,1989 " Response to Memorandum and Order of November 28, 1989," and attachments filed by Rockwell International Corporation and has received the revised On-site Radiological Contingency Plan for the Rocketdyne facility. The Staff has not received a copy of a response filed by any intervenor. However, the Rockwell submittal appears to respond fully to the questions raised in your Memorandum and Order of November 28 1989. Accordingly, unless you believe that additional information concernIng your questions is required from the staff, it does not intend to submit coments on the Rockwell response.
