NRC-33-86-268 Modification No. Il Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to extend-the period of performance'at no additional cost to the Government to accommodate the completion of Optional Service No. 3, " Acquisitions Subsystem".
Accordingly,_the contract is modified as follows:
Section F.3 - Duration of Contract Period is revised to read as follows:
"F.3 Duration of Contract Period The performance of work described herein shall commence on February 1, 1986 and shall expire on March 31, 1989 with_the exception of Task Orders 2 and 3 which shall be completed by September 30, 1989' and Optional Service No. 3, "Acquisitio.is Subsystem" which shall be completed no later than June 30, 1990.
No new task orders may be placed after March 31, 1989."
All other terms and conditions, including the firm fixed price of
$227,471.94, shall remain the same.
