ARTICLE V - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, paragraph A.,
Consideration, paragraph 3., is revised to read as follows:.
"3.
The amount presently: obligated by the Commission with respect to-this Cooperative Agreement since inception is $98,500.00."
All other terms,and conditions under this Cooperative Agreement remain unchanged.
