Enclosed is an application for an export license (XCOM1030), recently (4) received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the export of four zircaloy tubes for experimental testing at the Halden Reactor in Norway.
The value of the items to be exported is $35,826.01.-
1 Before taking action on this request, we would-appreciate your views,.in accordance with established procedures, as to whether the proposed export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended by the Nuclear Non-proliferation Act of 1978.
