From 1:00-2:00 p.m., we will discuss technical aspects of the

interception trench the Department of Energy (DOE) is building to confine leaking reprocessing solvent. From 2:00-3:30 p.m., ve will discuss longer-term legal and licensing issues related to DOE's list of options for forcing New York State to take remedial action on the disposal area.
