Enclosed is a copy of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory letter report dated December 29, 1989, "The Response of BWR Mark II and Mark III Containments to Short-term Station Blackout Severe Accident Sequences."
This letter' report is one of nine reports being generated in support of the CPI Program and will eventually-become a NUREG/CR report supporting the CPI recomtaendations, after all of the parametric analysis for the Containment Performance Improvement Program for Mark II and IIIs have been completed later this year.
A copy is being provided at this time for your information and use.
