Bulletin 89-02 -- Stress Corrosion Cracking of High-Hardness Type 410 Stainless Steel Internal Proloaded Bolting in Anchor Darling Model S350W Swing check Valves or Valves of similar Desian-The purpose of this letter is-to report to the NRC that Portland General i
Electric Company (PGE) has completed an evaluation of all safety-related check valves as required per Bulletin 89-02.
The results of our evaluation' s
conclude that the Trojan Nuclear Plant has no swing check valves with internal preloaded bolting material of American Society for Testing Materials-(ASTM)= Specification A193 Crade B6 Type 410 stainless steel.
No'further action will be taken by PGE-on Bulletin 89-02.
