General Atomics * (GA) holds a valid Certificate of Cm pliance No. 6745 for a shipping y ka p, Model No. FSV-2, with an expiration date of February 28, 1990.
GA anticipates continued need of this package for the transport of radirwative materials'for the next several years, pursuant to 10 CFR 71.
Accordingly, we request a new expiration date of February 28, 1995.
Attached is a check in the amount of $150 covering the renewal fees prescribed in 10 CFR 170.31.
