r NRC-03-87-119-03 Modification No. 22 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to revise the indirect rates.

Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Under Subsection G.1, " Indirect Rates", paragraph "a" is deleted in its entirety and the following new paragraph "a" is substituted in lieu thereof:

"a.-

Pending the establishment of final indirect rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs as follows:
