The purpose of this modification is to provide. incremental funding in the amount of
$150,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs, subsection B.2, Consideration and Obligation--Cost Plus Fixed Fee, paragraph c. is deleted in its entirety and t.he following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $270,000.00."
All other terms and conditions, including the contract ceiling amount of $296,003.00, remain' unchanged.
