On January 12, 1990, the NRC staff met with representatives of PSNH and the Seabrook joint owners to discuss the licensee's and the plant's readiness for full power operation. During this meeting, the following topics were

Seabrook Station organization, staffing and training Schedule of activities for power ascension program Operational readiness open items I ~

Startup testing QA, engineering, and technical support Maintenance and work control Health physics and chemistry Management support Emergency Preparedness (EP) organization Major EP milestones Vehicular Alert and Notification System (VANS)

Currently planned EP activities EP licensing status A transcript of the meeting, which contains the licensee's handout, and an attendance list of this meeting are enclosed.
