NRC-39-88-166 Modification No.3 Page 2 The Government hereby exercises the option to extend the term of this contract through January 20, 1991 as provided by subsection I.5 - OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT--SERVICES (FAR 52.217-9) (APR 1984).
i.
l Ouring the option year (January 21, 1989 through January 20,1991),the contractor _shall perform work in accordance with the requirements specified in the Statement of Work under Section C - Description / Specification / Work Statement of the contract and the contractor's proposals dated December 14.
1989 and January 18, 1990 which are attached hereto and made a part hereof.
As a result of this action, this contract is hereby revised to read as follows:
1.
The obligated amount is increased by $91,799.28 from $101,799.28 to
$193,598,56.The ceiling amount is also increased by $10,000.00 from
$183,598.56 to $193,598.56.
Therefore, under subsection 0.1 -
Consideration And Oblication--Delivery Orders, the first sentences of paragraphs a. and b. are revised to read as follows:
"B.1 a.
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $193,598.56.
b.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$193,598.56."
2.
Subsection F.2 is revised to read as follows:
"F.2 DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987)
ALTERNATE II (MAR 1987)
This contract shall commence on 01/22/88 and will expire on 01/20/91."
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
