d MRC-03-87-119-03 Modification No. 24 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the-amount of $19,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Under Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs,_ subsection B.2, Consideration and Obligation, the first sentence of paragraph b. is deleted in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b.
The t.nount presently obligated with respect to this contract ~is
$2,407,000.00."
All other terms and condition, including'the contract ceiling amount of
