The purpose of this modification is 'to:
(1) provide CY 1990 funds thereby inc^reasing the obligated amount, and (2) revise the Statement of Work to change the rate of

NRC-29-83-624 Modification No. 9 Page 2 of 2 ucder Article V - Consideration and Payment, paragraph A.,

following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this cooperative agreement for CY 1990 effort is $78,500.00- The total amount obligated since inception of this agreement-is increased-by $78,500.00 from $422,325,00 to $500,825.00."'

Under Attachment A.,Section II, paragraph B., is deleted intits entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

All other terms-and conditions of this cooperative agreement remain unchanged.
