.Under Article V - Consideration and Payment, paragraph A.,
' Consideration, paragraph 3, is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this cooperative agreement for CY 1990 effort. is $49,400.00 The total amount obligated since inception of this agreement is increased by $49,400.00 from $274,200.00 to $323,600.00."

entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

The State will notify the NRC Region II Technical Representative, Mr. John Kahle, by telephone (FTS 242-6968) and written confirmation as soon as practicable after it becomes aware of any observed unusual condition, level of radiation, or concentrations or radioactive material measured in carrying out the programs at individual sites."
All other terms and conditions of this cooperative agreement remain unchanged.
