50-328-SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLAN 1 (SQN) - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION (TS) CHANGE 89-02 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90,-we are enclosing a requested amendment to licenses DPR-77-and DPR-79 to change the TSs of SQN Units 1 and 2.
The proposed change reduces the minimum residual heat removal flow rate during Mode 6 operation.
The proposed TS change is identified in Enclosure 1.
The justification for-4 the proposed TS change ls provided in Enclosure 2.
A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10'CFR 50.92 is provided-in Enclosure 3.
This TS change is being requested for implementation during the Unit 1 Cycle 4 refueling outage.
To support the schedule, we request the approved amendment by February 26, 199.0.
TVA will keep NRC project management informed of any schedule changes through routine project review meetings.
