The contractor shall submit through the Pro.iect Officer to the NRC d
H Division of' Security within thirty (30) calendar days following contract award, modification, <or proposal of new personnel for contract tasks, a' completed Personnel Security Forms packet including a Questionnaire for l
Sensitive-Positions (SF-86) for all personnel requiring the investigation.
H The contractor shall assure'that all forms are. accurate, complete, and i
' legible (except for Par,t 2, Questionn' aire for Sensitive Positions, which is j
required to be completed in private and submitted by the individual to the j
contractor in a sealed envelope).
Any question regarding.the individual's I
