Generic Letter (GL) 89-10, " Safety-Related MOV Testing and Surveillance," was 1
issued on June 28, 1989.
Responses from all licensees (OLs and cps) were due no latet than December 28, 1989. Project Managers (PM) are expected to verify that their licensees have responded in a timely fashion, and to promptly notify me of any perceived deficiency. Although both the lead technical branch and I (EMEB) are on normal distribution, a confirmatory note or call from the PM.that their licensee responded on time and in good faith would be appreciated. The technical branch and I will be reviewing each and every licensee's response for adequacy and consistency. We will be providing the results of our reviews to i
the PMs within the next couple of months.
As such nothing else is being requestedofthePMsatthistimeexcepttoawaitfurtherguidance. Attached for your reference is a list of TAC numbers assigned to each docket for this t
MPA.
