Modification No. Five (5) to Task Order No. 0002 Under Contract No. NRC-33-89-132 with Applied Management Systems, Inc.
This modification is issued to fully fund the subject task order by providing funds in the amount of $44,844.12 which increases the obligated amount of this task order from $178,112.02 to $222,956.14.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
The first sentence of paragraph 4 of the definitization letter for this task order is revised to read as follows:
"The-amount' presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$222,956.14 of which $211,494.68 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $11,461.46 represents the fixed fee."
