ADVANCED NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAtlNG
- ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOP. USE IN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT STRUCTURES, SYSTEMS AND COMPONENIS" The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation requests that the Comittee to Peview Generic Requirenents (CRGR) consider the enclosed proposed Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR),
Recent experience has shown that sorae products purchased for use in nuclear power plant structures, systems and components are substandard, have falsified records or are otherwise misrepresented.
The ANPR solicits public coment on a list of issues related to the procurenent of products for use at nuclear power plants. The issues are posed in the form of questions. This is done to elicit coments that may suggest the appropriate regulatory course of action.
