Soccial Report. Revision 1 This Special Report revises the previous report of December 1, 1989, (letter CPY-320 89), on this subject. The original Special Report committed to several dates for restoring dampers to service that can not be met due to the large number of additional dampers discovered to be inoperable (Reference CPY.348 89, Special Report), the complexity of the repairs, availability of repair and replacement
_ parts, and man power scheduling. Based on the above the following new dates are submitted.
1.
- Fire damper numbered FD.311 was determined to inoperable on July 13, 1989.
The damper is located between Corridor 48 and the Cable Spreading Room.
This damper is scheduled to be replaced by May 31, 1990.

Fire dampers numbered FD.93 and FD 97 were determined to be inoperable as of July 24, 1989 These dampers are located between the Mechanical Room and the "B" Electrical Switchgear Room.
These dampers are scheduled to be replaced by February 28, 1990, l.
3.
Fire damper numbered FD 380 was determined to be inoperable on October 12, 1989.
This damper is located between the Turbine Building general area and the "A" Diesel Generator Room.
This damper is scheduled to be replaced by July 15, 1991.
