Report for Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO).

This evaluation was initiated following discussions held during:the NRC Senior Managers' Meeting in May

-1989

'The need'for a diagnostic evaluation was based on questions related-to the underlying causes of performance trends at ANO..The report documents the team's findings and conclusions, and includes'a' discussion of licensee strengths and weaknesses.

Follow-up staff actions'resulting from the-ANO diagnostic evaluation have already been. forwarded'to the appropriate NRC Regional-or Headquarters offices.
