SUBJECT:
ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 11 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-106 - OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY The Consnission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. Il to Facility Operating.
License No. R-106 for the Oregon State University TRIGA Research Reactor. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your submittal dated November 7,1988, as supplemented on November 6,1989.
The amendment increases authorized steady state reactor power from 1000 kilowatts (thermal) to 1100 kilowatts (thermal). The Technical Specifications l'
are-amended to reflect this increase in steady state power level. The submittal due date of the facility annual report is changed and three typographical errors and an error in gramar in the Technical Specifications are corrected.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No.11 is enclosed..
