Proposed Amendment No. 180 relocates'the Fire Protection requirements from the Technical Specifications to the Fire Protection Plan in accordance with the guidelines provided in Generic Letter 80-12 Attachment I provides the insertion / removal instructions for the pages affected by Proposed Amendment 180. Attachment II includes all Technical Specification pages affected by Proposed Amendment No. 180. Attachment III is a Description of Changes, Reason for Changes, and No Significant Hazards Consideration for Proposed Amendment 180. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), the Radiological Health Branch of the California State Department of Health Services has been informed of this proposed amendment by mailed copy of this submittal. It is requested that-upon approval of this proposed amendment by the NRC, it be made effective no later than thirty days after receipt by the District.
