y-Pursuant to the Atomic Safety _and Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order (Modification of Hearing Schedule), dated September 24, 1981, please find enclosed Applicant Union Elec-tric Company's testimony and exhibits to be presented at the hearing beginning on November 17, 1981, on Joint Intervenors' construction defects contentions.
I have also enclosed an " Order of Presentation,"
which indicates Applicant's present plans for the sequence of evidentiary presentations.
Because we are unable to pre-dict the length of the cross-examination by Joint Intervenors, I cannot rule out the possibility that witness schedule con-flicts will yet require some minor adjustments to this order of presentation.
