\\c ORDE On January l'9,1981, some seven months after the deadline, Petitioner -
New York Public Interest Research Group requested a hearing with regard to the application to expand the capacity of the spent fuel pool at Indian Point Unit 2.
Staff opposed this request on February 12, 1981 and, although on February 27, 1981, it indicated that it would respond to the request, Applicant apparently has not done so.
By letter dated March 4,1981, Petitioner indicated that it would reply to Applicant's and Staff's responses ten (10) days after receipt of Applicant's response.
No response having been made by Applicant, it is this 13th day of.
