JOINT MOTION BY TMIA AND THE AAMODTS TO EXCLUDE AND SEPARATE UITNESSES TMIA and the Aamodes respectfully move the Special Master to issue an order excluding all Licensee witnesses, except the witness actua11y' testifying, from the hearing room during the course of the reopened proceeding, and that these witnesses be kept separate and apart from each other while waiting outside the hearing room. TMIA and the Aamodes further request that the Special Master appoint an individual to act as a hearing officer whose duty it shall be to ensure that the Special Master's order is enforced.

In addition, TMIA and the Aamodts respectfully move that the Special Master order these witnesses to refrain from discussing their testimony or the testimony of others with prospective witnesses at any time outside the hearing room during the course of the reopened proceeding, and to refrain from reading newspaper accounts of the hearing until the witness is final 19 excused.

TMIA and the Aamodes request the Special Master to give appropriate instructions to the Licensee and prospective witnesses.
