MEMORANDUM AND ORDER CONCERNING A MOTION TO OBTAIN A TRANSCRIPT On September 10, 1981, the Sunflower Alliance, Inc., et al., requested a copy of the transcript for the special prehearing conference pursuant to 10 CFR 2.750(c).
The motion is denied because the cited section has been suspended. 46 F.R.13681; see also Tr. 535 (ruling on the availa-bility of transcripts) and Tr. 646 (in which counsel for the Sun-flower Alliance, Inc., accepted the Board's ruling and requested an alternate arrangement).
The Board has, by previous order, lodged a copy of the transcript with the Lake County Disaster Services Agency, whic': 5" agreed to make it available to all parties.
IT IS 50 ORDERED.
