Last week the Office of the Executive Legal Director U.S. liuclear Regulatory Commission was served a copy of a pleading captioned, "BEFORE TiiE ATOMIC SAFETY Alid LICEhSIHG APPEAL BOARD " which requested permission to file a brief anicus curiae in tne Turkey Point Stean Generator Repair Proceeding. However, as is apparent from your service list, you failed to serve a copy of your filing on the Appeal Board.
The Appeal Board cannot act upon your request until you serve then a copy of your pleading.
