Dear Sir:
In the referenced letter, the Commission requested Boston Edison to answer the questionnaire attached to it within 120 days, or to supply a proposed completion date.
We have examined the questionnaire and would like to respond to it.
However, due to the work load imposed on us by the September,1981 Refueling Outage, we feel we could answer these questions in a more comprehensive manner by January 1, 1982.
