Dear Mr. Grier:
In our referenced letter on the above subject deficiency, we cammitted that all corrective actions were to be completed by August 31, 1981.
Due to lengthy negotiations with the vendor we are unable to meet this commitment.
The problems related to the commercial aspects of the rework, and the enviconmental qualification documentation deficiencies have now been resolved.
The completion of rework by the vendor and subsequent shipment to the Limerick Generating Station site is now scheduled for February, 1982.
If there are any questions on the matter, we would be pleased to discuss them with you.
