Both the Coalition and Forelaws were full l
parties in the Snacit proceedings and intend to petition for identical status in the Skacit/Hanford matter.
pb t
It is impractical for the staff of the Coalition and Forelaws 3
to cain access to those documents throuch the Local Public Document Room due to its location in Richland, Washington and ID l
r, the location of orcanization offices in Portland, Oregon and Dorine, Orecon respectively.
Further, takinc in;o considera-tion the expidited schedule proposed by Applicant and NRC Staff, I
and what appears to be a lack of substantial chances in the l
reapplication, intervenors would be at an unfair disadvantace by not recei vi ne all documents in this case in a timely manner.
