. ty and Licensine Board appointed for the Skacit Nuclear Po-wer Troject Construction Permit proceedings or the Commission, whichever body presently has the jurisdiction, rule upon the followinc motion.

Comes now the Coalition and Forelaws jointly, who hereby move for an Order causine all parties to the Skacit/Hanford Con-

Further, takinc in;o considera-tion the expidited schedule proposed by Applicant and NRC Staff, I and what appears to be a lack of substantial chances in the l reapplication, intervenors would be at an unfair disadvantace by not recei vi ne all documents in this case in a timely manner.
