The Licensing Board wishes to put all parties on notice that we expect to ask questions of the following witnesses (when they appear to testify on other matters) concerning their alleged participation in or knowledge of card games which are claimed to have involved certain QA/QC inspectars at.
a time when those inspectors were expected to be performing inspection activities:
1.
Mr. Charles Singleton 2.
Mr. Daniel E.- Swayz.e 3.
Any other persons named by the intervenors as participating in such games and who may be appearing as witnesses for other reasons.
