Enclosed please find a copy of " SOC's First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff" in Docket No. 50-322.
As noted and explained in the introductory paragraphs to this discovery request, both the interrogatories and documents requests have been included in a single document.
However, this discovery request is being served on both the Presiding Officer in Docket No.
50-322 and the Executive Director for Operations in accordance with the provisions of 10 CPR 2.720h (2)ii and 10CFR 2.744.
We have also enclosed a corrected first page of
" SOC's Second Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents to the Long Island Lighting Company".
The first page, served on June 24, 1981, incorrectly described the document and applicable citations in the CFR.
