By application dated April 10, 1981 Technical Operations, Inc., requested a Certificate of. Compliance for the Model No. 910 package. The application also requested that the package design be issued an IAEA Certificate of Competsnt Authority as a Type B(U) package.

Based upon our review of the application, we have concluded that the package authorized by NRC Certificate of Complianco No. 9149 meecs the 3

IAEA requirements for Type B(U) packages.
