In accordance with your request and'our letter to you from Mr. J. Cosgrove, Jr., Rulemaking and Enforcement Division, dated April 8,1981, a copy of Investigation Report No. 80-02 is enclosed.
Pursuant to Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, and Section 9.5 of the NRC's "Public Records," Part 9, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, details pertaining to radiation exposure have been removed from Page 10, Line ll, and Exhibit 8 in order to. prevent a clearly unwarranted invasion of the personal privacy of the individual involved.
A copy of this letter and its enclosure are being distributed to the State of New Jersey and will also be placed in the Public Document Room.
