DURSEY'S CONTENTION A10 REGARDINL HEALTH EFFECTS Pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
S2.749, South Carolina Electric
& Gas Company and South Carolina Public Service Authority
(" Applicants") hereby move the presiding Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for a summary decision in favor of Appli-cants with regard to Intervenor Bursey's Contention A10 regarding the health effects of normal operations and the uranium fuel cycle on the grounds that there is no genuine issue of material fact to be heard and Applicants are entitled to judgment.
There is annexed bereto a concise statement of material facts as to which Applicants contend that there is no genu-ine issue to be heard.
Also annexed hereto are the Affida-vits of Leonard D.
Hamilton and James H. Barker, and a Mem-
