Operating License Nos. DPR-50 and DPR-73 Docket Nos. 50-289 and 50-320 Siren Alert System Acoustical Performance Evaluation This letter and enclosure are being submitted per the requirements of NUREG-0654-FEMA-REP-1, Appendix 3, which requires a siren alerting and notification system for the entire 10 mile Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ).

Therefore, enclosed please find one copy of the Siren Alert System Acoustical Performance Evaluation.

As stated in the conclusion of this study, the alerting system effectively ensures 100% area coverage of the entire 10 mile EPZ.
