NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR 2.721, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for Florida Power & Light Company (St. Lucie Plant, Unit No. 2), Docket No. 50-389-A, is hereby reconstituted by appointing the following Administrative Judge to the Board: Mr. Peter B.
