Thank you for your letter dated June 3, 1981, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in our letter dated May 20, 1981.
This letter also refers to the telephone conversation on June 16, 1981, between Mr. J. Rackers of your staff and Mr. W. P. Reichhold of my staff concerning your corrective actions mentioned above.
It is our understanding that you will perform daily constancy checks on the technetium-99m setting of the dose caiibrator and the results of this check will be recorded daily.
If our understanding of the above is incorrect, please contact Mr. W. P. Reichhold at 312-932-2500.
We will examine these matters during a future inspection.
