Stremel 610 West Elm Street Jefferson City, MO 65101 Gentlemen Thank you for your letter dated June 8, 1981, informing us of the stepe you have taken to correct the noncompliance which we brought to your attention in our letter dated May 20, 1981.
This letter also refers to the telephone conversation between Mr. W. P. Reichhold of this office and Larry P. Courter, M.D. of your staff on June 19, 1981, concerning your. corrective actions.
It is our understanding that the following actions were or will be taken:
1.
Daily monitoring of the elution and preparation area and records of the survey results vere started on May 1,1981. A quarterly review of the daily monitoring and survey records vill be performed to ensure compliance.
2.
Records of the information required by Form URC-5 will be unintained for new technologists who work with byproduct material.
