This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by J. R. Madera of this office on June 18, 1981, of activities at Marinette General Hospital authorized by NRC License "
48-17875-01 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. Stewr
- ,er, Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist at the conclusion of the -opection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiatien safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
This inspection included a review of the corrective actions taken in response to our inspection conducted on September 29, 1978. We have no further questions in regard to these matters.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
