This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. R. N.,Burgin p
of this office on June' 12, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC License - Mp.,.
No. 13-09788-01 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. Stan MEtzgeri./
at the conclusion of the, inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license
-as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditicas of your license. The insiec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, inoependent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
This inspection also included a review of corrective actions taken in response to the item of noncompliance identified during our March 1978 inspection. We have no further questions regarding this matter.
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
