NOTICE OF EXPIRED LICENSE This refers to the telephone discussion between Mr. N. M. Shopenn of this office and Mrs. McPermitt, President of your organization, on June 4,1981.
NRC records show that Byproduct Material License 35-16937-01 expired on March 31, 1981, and no renewal application has been filed in accordance with Section 30.37 of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 30.
From our discussion with your representative we learned that you do not have any byproduct material in your possession and have never possessed any material.
Therefore, you must take the following action:
Prepare a statement which states that you had never possessed any byprodu'ct material nor do you intend to renew your license.
A copy of the statement shall be sent, within 15 days of the receipt of this letter, to Region IV, U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, 611 Ryan Plaza Drive, Suite 1000, Arlington, Texas 76011, Attention:

We request that you give prompt attention to this matter.
