Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
In the above referenced report it was stated that corrective action on the subject deficiency would bu submitted by June 30.
This date was established baued on Fisher Controls' shipment of replacement material. We have now been notified that these parts will be shipped in mid-August, 1981.
Based on the above information, the final report will be submitted by September 30, 1981.

commitment date to the USNRC for the Final Report was June 30, 1981.
_Q Actuator serial nunbers have been provided to G. H. Bettis Company for the corresponding valve numbers.
G. H. Bettis has informed Ebasco that it will take approximately six weeks for delivery of replacement parts.
Due to this delay in delivery of parts and taking into consideration the time required for replacement, Ebasco respectfully requests an extension for sub-mittal of the Final Report to the USNRC until September 30, 1981.
