' Q,j i Submission of Revision 7 Pages for Prairie Island Security Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(P) attached are copies of REV 7 pages for the Prairie Island Security Plan. These revised pages are for insertion in the security plan which was sent to you on March 3,1978.
Instructions are provided for entering the revised pages in the previous complete Security Plan revision.

These revisions incorporate changes which have been made in screening,

initiation of compensatory measures, and wording as a result of discussions initiated by IE-III and NMSS personnel. We conclude that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Prairie Island Security Plan. Five copies of this letter and Attachment A (description of changes and revised pages) are provided pursuant to past Regulatory Staff guidance on transmittal of security information.
We conclude that the effectiveness of the Prairie Island Security Plan would be adversely affected by public disclosure of the attached information, and that disclosure is not required in the public interest. We request that, pursuant to Section 2.790(d) of 10 CFR Part 2, the Security Plan revisions not be made available for inspection, and not be placed in the public document room.
