Dear Mr. Crier:
This is an interim report regarding centar to center spacing scaconformances with respect to installed concrete anchor bolts.
We have been unable as yet to determine if this is reportable under 10CF150.35(e).
Several instances of nonconforming ancher belt installaties spacing have been identified and documented by both PECO and Seektel is accordance with site procedures.
These nonconfermances were subsequently evaluated by Bechtel and have been accepted with a "use-as-ie" dispositism b& sed on an engineering evaluation of the actual leads imposed on these anchor bolts.
Cased on the disposities of these seaconforming installations. it is concluded that if these conditions had gene undetected. they would not have affected plaat safety.
